Your project is important to us, from start to finish. We work with you to schedule shippments to and from us to ensure that someone is available to accept packages from the carrier at the time of delivery.

When we are shipping products back to you, we wrap them in plastic to prevent any unintended liquid accidents from harming the products. We ship via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS, and USPS based on your specific needs.

We recommend that you also wrap items being sent to us in plastic, then placing in a heavy cardboard box. Please include a card inside the plastic wrap that includes your name, address, phone number, as well as our business name, address, and phone number, in the event that the shipping label is damaged or removed during shipping.

We also ask you to provide us with tracking information for your packages at the time of shipping so that we may track the package's progress and ensure that someone is available to accept your package.

Please note: the plastic bag we wrap your custom items in is strictly for protecting your memories during shipping and are NOT intended for storage. Please remove your items from the packaging upon receipt and follow the instructions included for storing and caring for your items.
